Juraj SIPKO Institute of Economic Research SAS, Bratislava, Slovakia

Juraj Sipko is a Director of the Institute of Economic Research of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS). He is a member of the European Economic and Social Committee. He has worked as an advisor to governors of the National Bank of Slovakia. For six years, he advised the executive directors of both the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Furthermore, he also served as a director of international relations of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and as a negotiator with the European Union and the OECD. He spent one year as a visiting scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and participated in the executive programmes at Harvard Business School (Harvard University) and the Wharton Business School (University of Pensylvania). Alessandro FIGUS Campus Link University, Roma, Italy

Alessandro Figus is an expert on international politics and political science. He is a member of various scientific committees in international journals and is the author of more than 50 articles on higher education, socio-political and international relations with particular emphasis on the EU, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The Honoris causa honorary title was awarded to him in Moldova. Since 2005 he has been Vice-Rector for International Relations at the Institute of International Management in Moldova. He works at several European universities and teaches political science at the Cairo branch of the Sorbonne University of Paris Panthéon. She is the coordinator of projects funded by the European Commission (including Tempus and Erasmus). He served as Provincial Secretary of the PRI in the national council, as well as in the position of the City Councilor, the Social Services Association, IPAB, and as CEO in the public transport sector. Martin KAHANEC Central European University in Budapest, Budapest, Hungary

Martin Kahanec is an economist focusing mainly on labor market. His main research interests are labor and population economics, ethnicity and migration. Martin Kahanec has published in peer-reviewed academic journals, contributed chapters in collected volumes including the Oxford Handbook of Economic Inequality (OxfordUP) and the International Handbook on the Economics of Migration (Edward Elgar), and he has edited several scientific book volumes and journal special issues. He is the Managing Editor of the IZA Journal of European Labor Studies. Martin Kahanec has held several advisory positions and leading roles in a number of scientific and policy projects with the World Bank, the European Commission, OECD, and other international and national institutions. He is a Founder and Scientific Director of the Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI), Bratislava. Professor at the Central European University in Budapest. Since 2016 cooperates with the Centre for Population, Development and Labour Economics, United Nations University (UNU). Martin Kahanec is Visiting Research Fellow and former Deputy Program Director "Migration", leader of the research sub-area EU Enlargement and the Labor Markets and Deputy Director of Research (2009) at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) in Bonn, Germany. Member of several professional associations (AEA, ESPE, EALE, EEA) and a founding member, President, and Fellow of the Slovak Economic Association. Vladimír ROGALEWICZ Faculty of Biomedical Engineering CTU in Prague, Prague, Czech Republic

Vladimír Rogalewicz graduated from Charles University in Prague (mathematics and statistics). Current research interests concentrate around health services research, economics and management of healthcare facilities, and especially health technology assessment. The main focus of his work is on economic aspects of medical devices. He has published more than 80 scientific papers in the fields of algebra, theoretical physics, plant genetic resources, chemical engineering, medicine, and health technology assessment, published e.g. in Pacific Journal of Mathematics, International Journal of Theoretical Physics, Acta Anaestesiologica Scandinavica, Seed Science & Technology, and Value in Health. In 2007-2012, he was a vice-dean of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague responsible for research and international relations. He has served as the secretary general of the European Society of Engineering and Medicine (ESEM) since 2008 until 2015, especially actively participating in educational activities sponsored by ESEM. Ihsan Cemil DEMIR Afyonkarahisar Kocatepe University, Afyonkarahisar, Turkey

Ihsan Cemil Demir is an Associate Prof. Dr. in Afyon Kocatepe University (Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science, Public Finance Department), Turkey. He is expert on public finance, fiscal sociology, tax psychology and tax law. He studied in Australia Queensland University of Technology as a visiting research fellow for one year. He is the manager of Afyon Vocational School (one of the biggest schools of Turkey) and the coordinator of vocational schools, since 2014. He is the member of various scientific committees of international journals and is the author of 42 articles, 5 books on public finance, tax psychology and public economics. He presented many different papers in international conferences. He has developed the tax morality index with Benno Torgler, which is used in many surveys. Maros Finka is an expert at the Office of the Government of the SR, expert of United Nations Organisation for Habitat III., member of ARL Hannover, professor of the Institute of Management of the STU Bratislava, Chairman of the SPA-CE.NET – Network of Spatial Research Institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, participated in more than 50 national and 45 international research projects on European spatial planning, urban development, regeneration and environmental planning, widely published in books and international and domestic planning journals, holder of the award Scientist of the Year, Danubius Award 2017

Martin SMATANA Health Policy Institute, Slovakia
	Msc. Martin Smatana is the Director of Health Policy Institute (in Slovak: Inštitútu zdravotnej politiky, or IZP), the analytical and advisory department of Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, which centralizes and processes various data about healthcare system in the Slovak Republic.
